Tomorrow is the big day! I will be taking part in front of the camera for an episode of Baking Mad with Eric Lanlard filmed in London. It's all happened so quickly and I am very excited for what will be a fun experience! I'm not allowed to reveal what the theme of the episode will be or what I will be baking but it has one of my favourite ingredients in it. The picture to the left shows the leftover mess from when I last made it. I just hope that it comes out nice on Monday. :)
The show will be aired on Channel 4 sometime after March. I will find a way to share the episode on here once it airs.
